Lunar images
Thu Mar 29, 2018 1:27 pm
This is my generic "test post" for forum software:
Just for grins, I though I'd post a couple of images I took Monday night (3/26/18). They were taken through a Tak TOA 150, used at prime focus with a Canon 80D shooting video at a 3.1x digital zoom (gives approximately 1:1 correspondence between sensor pixels and video pixels).
First one is Plato at center left and Copernicus at bottom right:
Next is Tycho at center bottom.
For the purposes of the forum committee, please comment if these didn't seem to come through correctly, e.g. text formatting off, etc.
Regards
Mike

Note: the images get hosted on a site called servimg.com. It is free, limited to 1Mb uploads of jpg, png and gif files. Terms of Use seem pretty user-focused. There seems like a "too good to be true" aspect to it, but maybe I'm too cynical.

I like the different options to insert images and video. Does not appear to be a "like" button.
